As a Rating Official, you can easily switch between performance plans for multiple employees. This lets you efficiently manage and review each employee's plan, ensuring you complete all required signature actions promptly and stay organized. This will appear above as a light blue banner above an open employee's performance plan.
To proceed to the next employee, choose their name from the Select Next Plan drop-down menu and then click View Selected Plan to display their information.
You may also click View Next Plan or View Previous Plan to view the next or previous employee's plan.
