From the Dashboard page, click Create [Year] Plans from My Employees’ Plans.
The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show executive plans available to create. Click Create Plan.
You will be asked if you would like to create a new performance plan. Click Yes, Create Plan.
- The plan will open. You will be asked if you would like to import the previous plan. This tool will only appear one time.
Click Yes or No. Selecting Yes will copy the Critical Element 5 performance requirements from the executive’s most recent plan.
- The plan will populate based on the import selection.
