Individuals with the Performance Appraisal Certification role will see a dashboard task once plans are ready for review. The Performance Appraisal Certifier can review plans individually or review plans in a batch process.
From the Dashboard page, click Certify Plans as a Performance Appraisal Certifier.
The Performance Appraisal Certification page will open. Select the checkbox next to the Name column heading to select all records or select the appropriate employee names.
Certify the Plan
To batch sign the plans, click Sign Selected Appraisals to certify plans.
Click Yes, Sign Appraisals, to apply signatures to the Performance Appraisal Certification signature field in Part 5. Rating Signatures.
- Once plans are certified, they will no longer display on the Performance Appraisal Certification page.
Bypass the Plan
To bypass the signature field, click Bypass Signature for Selected Appraisals.
Click Yes, Bypass Signing Selected Appraisals, to confirm your action.
