From the Dashboard page, click Create [Year] SP Plans from My Employees’ Plans.
The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show SP plans available to create. Click Create Plan to navigate to the plan. You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Create Plan.
The plan will open.
