When a performance plan is complete, the Rating Official must sign the plan before the Senior Professional.
From the Dashboard page, click Sign [Year] SP Consultation as Rating Official.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show SP plans available to sign.
Click the appropriate professional’s name to navigate to the plan.
- The plan will open.
Click Sign Consultation in Part 1. Consultation.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Sign Consultation.
- Your signature now shows on the plan. The Senior Professional will receive an email notification alerting them to sign the plan.
The signature action will be documented in Plan History.
