How to update the plan status

The Rating Official, Senior Professional, or Reviewing Official (optional) may update the plan status. Performance plan status should be updated in accordance with agency policy, to account for when the Senior Professional leaves the agency, begins or completes a detail, is away from the agency for an extended period or if a plan is created erroneously.  

1. Open a senior professional performance plan.  

2. Navigate to the Status drop down menu.

   

3. Select Active or On Hold from the Plan Status drop down.

   

4. Click Change Status.

   

5. Click Yes, Change Status to confirm plan status change. You will receive a confirmation message.
