The Rating Official of an executive must sign the progress review first.
From the Dashboard page, click Sign [Year] Plans as Rating Official.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show active executive plans.
Click the appropriate Executive’s name to navigate to the plan indicated in the Progress Review phase.
- The plan will open. Click Progress Review or scroll to Part 2. Quarterly Progress Review.
There will be four Progress Review available. Click Sign in Progress Review [Number].
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes. The Executive will receive a notification to sign the progress review.
- All parties will need to sign for the specific progress review before moving to the next review.
Officials may navigate between executive plans to review and sign. To navigate from one executive plan to the next, select the next executive to view and click View Selected Plan. You may also click View Next Plan or View Previous Plan.
- Agency policies indicate whether a Reviewing Official signature is required or optional. Refer to agency policy for future guidance.
- If the Reviewing Official signature is optional, the executive or rating official may request a Reviewing Official review when signing the progress review. After the executive or rating official requests a Reviewing Official signature and signs the progress review, the Reviewing Official will receive notification to review and sign.
- If your agency requires a Reviewing Official signature, the Reviewing Official will receive a notification to sign the progress review after the executive signs.
- Once all four progress reviews are complete, the plan advances to the Rating phase. Executives may continue editing Part 7. Executives’ Accomplishment Narrative.
