How to Update the Senior Professional Accomplishment Narrative (Optional)

The 

1. From the Dashboard page, click View My [Year] Plan (Active).  

   

2. The plan will open to the plan. Navigate to the Rating menu. Review the critical elements.

3. Click Senior Professional Narrative.

   

4. Enter the narrative in the Senior Professional’s Accomplishment Narrative (Optional). You may edit the text style by using the rich text editor selections. Click Save.

   

5. To submit the narrative to the Rating Official for review, click Release Narrative.

   

6. You will be asked to confirm your action to release the narrative. Click Yes, Release Narrative. Everyone with access to the plan may now view your narrative.

   

7. A success message will appear.

8. If you need to edit the narrative after release, click Retract Narrative.

   

9. You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Retract Narrative. The Rating Official and others with access to the plan will no longer be able to see your narrative. Edit the narrative and complete the process to re-release the narrative.  

   

10. Once the narrative is released. The plan is ready for Rating Official’s review.
