The Reviewing Official has the same access as the Rating Official to review the performance standards, review narratives, and update the critical element ratings for the Senior Professional. Additionally, the Reviewing Official has the option to provide a narrative to the plan and signature.
From the Dashboard, click Performance Plans.
The Performance Plans page opens. Use the filter criteria to refine the list to SP users. Click the appropriate Senior Professional’s name.
The plan opens. Click Reviewing Official Narrative & Rating from the navigation menu under Rating.
- The Reviewing Official’s Recommended Rating of Record Narrative (Optional) will open. Enter the narrative. You may edit the text style by using the rich text editor selections. Click Save to save the text.
Select the level for the Reviewing Official’s Recommended Rating (Optional). Click Next to proceed to the next page.
