When the Review and Sign page opens in the Planning phase, users will be directed to the Part 1. Consultation panel. The Review and Sign page allows the users to sign the performance plan if available in the signature process in the Consultation phase. Users can review the various aspect of the performance plan.
The Part 1. Consultation section will display the following fields pre-populated from the Employee and Plan Information section.:
- Senior Professional's Name
- Appraisal Period
- Pay Plan
- Title
- Organization
- Signature boxes.
The Sign Consultation button will appear next to the applicable user's signature box.
