Throughout the rating cycle it may be necessary to add administrative notes or feedback from other sources to a user’s plan to retract notes that have been released or delete notes.
To Create Notes
- Open the performance plan.
- Click Notes on the plan navigation bar.
The Notes for [Employee Name] will open. Copy and paste using Ctrl C and Ctrl V or type directly in the text box. There are no character limit restrictions.
To keep the note private, click Save. To release this note, check Release this performance plan note and click Save.
Click Yes, Release Note to confirm the action.
- The author's name, creation date and time, and the note's current release status will be clearly displayed, giving an overview of its progress and publication state.
Retract or Delete Notes from a Plan
- Open the performance plan.
- Click Notes to view evaluation notes.
- An administrator can view all evaluation notes. To delete a note, click Delete corresponding with the note to be deleted.
To retract a released note, click Retract. The retracted note can be released again later as needed. Retracting makes the note viewable only to the administrator and the note author.
