The USA Performance Help Desk Support is the official technical assistance service for the USA Performance system.
Availability:
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
- Closed: Federal Holidays
- Response Time: Typically within one business day
- From the USA Performance Dashboard, navigate to the USA Performance Help Desk by either selecting Contact the Help Desk from the username drop down or by selecting Contact the Help Desk.
- Before emailing the USA Performance help desk, review the Before You Contact Support section to see if you should contact your agency’s point of contact (POC) first. Your agency’s POC should handle the actions listed below before you submit a request.
- Creating or updating user profiles (e.g., name or email address changes)
- Deactivating users who no longer require access
- Assigning or reassigning employees to performance plan templates
- Updating series, grades, titles, locations, or supervisory status
- Reassigning organizational affiliations
- Assigning or updating Rating and Reviewing Officials
- Assigning Administrative Roles
- Deleting or retracting plan notes
- Managing plan statuses (e.g., placing on hold, closing, or creating a second plan within the same fiscal year)
- Answering agency-specific performance management policy questions
