The Dashboard page serves as your personal notification center and hub to the system’s features. Your notifications and dashboard tasks are based on your user role and permissions.
When you first log into USA Performance, you will arrive at the Dashboard page displaying the dashboard.
At the top of the Dashboard page, you will see a navigation bar.
Dashboard returns you to the Dashboard page to view actions and alerts.
Performance Plans navigates employees to view current and past performance plans. Performance Plans navigates rating officials to review current and past plans, and current and past plans of direct reports.
Admin navigates to additional functionalities associated with users who are granted higher access rights to USA Performance and perform the administrative aspects of the performance management cycle.
Reports tab navigates administrators and officials to applicable reports.
Help links to contextual role and task specific articles based on where you are in the system.
User Profile includes options to edit your avatar, act as a proxy (only appears once you’ve been allowed proxy access), manage proxies, contact the help desk and log out. For more information on the user profile, reference the instructions:
Tasks Requiring My Attention: This section displays any active tasks for your plan under My Active Plans.
- My Active Plans: View and manage your current performance plan(s), including all related tasks and required actions so you can stay on track throughout the performance cycle.
- Admin Tasks: For those assigned the admin role, tasks needing completed are listed with the number how many actions within that task are shown in the blue circle. All Admins with access to organizational tasks view the same tasks and corresponding actions on their dashboard.
- My Employees' Plans: For Rating Officials and other authorized officials (such as Reviewing Officials, Approving Officials, PRB Members, and Higher-Level Reviewers) to view and manage employee performance plans. This section also provides access to any active tasks related to those plans, helping you monitor progress and complete required actions efficiently.
Quick Links: This section provides convenient, direct links to your performance plan, your employees’ plans, and the Help Desk, allowing you to access key resources quickly without navigating through multiple menus.
- Performance Plan: Provides direct access to your active performance plan and, if applicable, your employees’ active plans.
- Help: Provides a direct link to the technical help support page for assistance with system access, troubleshooting, and other technical issues.
