- From the Dashboard page, click the user information drop down.
- Click View Profile. The Personal Information tab will open.
- Navigate and select the Performance Plan tab.
- From here, you may view your pay plan, series, grade, title, position description number and level. Executives will be able to view any assignments for the rating cycle group, higher level reviewer or performance review board group here.
- Active or historical performance plans can be viewed by clicking the corresponding View under Link to Plan.
