To have access to the Reports tab, you must have direct reports assigned to you.
- Click Reports.
Click Performance Plans Progress Report.
- Performance Plans Progress Report options become available. Select the applicable Year from the drop down.
- Select additional filtering options to include Rating Cycle Groups, Phase(s), Status, Organizations and User Status you would like included in the report.
Once all selections are made, click Generate Report.
The results will appear below. To filter results, enter text into the Filter Records search box.
Click Export to export the file to CSV, save as Excel and manipulate results as needed. The exported report will include the additional fields not viewable in the browser. Refer to the Interpreting Reports section of this guide for assistance with understanding the terms of the report.
