This option will only appear if the executive had a performance plan in USA Performance the previous performance management cycle.
If the agency’s performance management requirements have changed since the previous year, the system will default to the new performance management settings.
Opting to import the previous year’s plan will not override new performance management cycle requirements.
From the Dashboard page, click Create My [Year] Plan.
You will be asked if you would like to create a new performance plan. Click Yes, Create Plan.
- The plan will open. You will be asked if you would like to import the previous plan. This tool will only appear one time.
Click Yes or No. Selecting Yes will copy the Critical Element 5 performance requirements from the executive’s most recent plan.
- The plan will populate based on the import selection.
