If the Rating Official, Senior Professional, or Reviewing Official (optional) signed the plan by mistake or plan changes are needed after signing, the option to remove signatures is available. If signatures are removed, all required parties will need to resign.
The option to remove signatures will appear once a signature is applied.
From an open plan, click Remove Consultation Signatures.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Remove Signatures.
The signatures will be removed on the plan. The plan records the date of the original signature and additional signature actions will be documented in Plan History. All required parties will need to sign the plan again.
