The Rating Official can enter the narratives and apply the rating level for each critical element. According to your agency’s policy, you have the option to apply ratings for the competencies, requirements, and objectives. When the Rating Official signs in Rating, any narratives, and ratings you have saved will be locked and visible on the Review & Sign page to everyone with access to this plan. Please note, the rating requires manual calculation.
- The Critical Elements page will open or click the Critical Elements from the navigation menu under the Rating. It will display the following:
- Critical Element [Number]
- Critical Element Name
- Agency Specific Requirements, Competencies, and/or Objectives
- Weight
From the Rating (Optional) drop-down, select the rating level for the applied requirements, competencies, or objectives depending upon the critical element.
Next, select the rating level from the drop-down menu for the required Critical Element [Number] Rating (Required). ***Please note you will need to manually calculate the individual rating for each critical element.***
Next, enter the Rating Official Narrative for Critical Element [Number] (Optional). Click Edit Narrative.
Enter the narrative in the Edit Narrative for Critical Element [Number]: [Critical Element name]. You may edit the text style by using the rich text editor selections. Click Save Narrative, Save Narrative & Close, or Close Without Saving.
Click Next to proceed and update the required rating and optional narratives for each Critical Element [Number] until all are completed.
