The Senior Professional, Rating Official, Reviewing Official, PRB Member, Chair, and Approving Official has the option to remove the signatures once a signature is applied. Once you remove signatures, all parties will need to re-sign the plan.
From an open plan, navigate to Part 3: Rating of Record, click Remove Rating Signatures.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Remove Signatures.
All signatures will be removed on the plan. Signature actions will be documented in Plan History. All parties will need to sign the plan again.
