Overview of the PRB Narrative & Rating Page

The PRB Narrative and Rating Page allows the Performance Review Board (PRB) Member allows PRB users the opportunity to provide an optional narrative in the text box. Also, they can select rating to apply to the senior professional's performance rating. 

The text box supports unlimited characters, allowing for a detailed narrative as needed. 

The following fields are displayed: 

• Performance Review Board (PRB) Narrative (Optional): Use this text box to enter the PRB’s statement, documenting their assessment of the rating official’s recommended performance rating and confirming it is fair, consistent, and compliant with agency policy and standards.
• Peformance Review Board (PRB) Recommended Rating (Required): Select the performance rating level required by the PRB member(s) after reviewing the rating official’s proposed evaluation during the performance appraisal process. 
• Save: Click the blue button to store your changes without submitting the narrative. This allows you to continue editing later before releasing it for review.
• Next: Click the blue button to move forward to the next page in the process.
