If viewing progress review notes, remain in Part 2. Progress Review. If no progress review notes were available, from the Dashboard page, click Sign My [Year] Progress Review.
- The plan will open. Click Progress Review from the navigation bar.
In Part 2. Progress Review click Sign next to the employee signature box.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes.
Your signature now shows on the plan.
You may continue editing self-accomplishment narratives. The Element Self-Accomplishment Narrative pertains to individual elements while the Employee Self-Accomplishment Narrative pertains to the entire plan and is a summary of all accomplishments.
Self-accomplishment narratives may be required, optional, or not available depending on each individual Agency’s specific guidelines. You may release self-accomplishment narratives to the Rating Official once all signatures are complete in Part 2. Progress Review. To share information with a Rating Official for a progress review discussion, upload a document to the performance plan.
