The Rating Official may create progress review notes, keeping the notes private or releasing the notes to the employee.
From the Dashboard page, click View My Employee’s Active Plans.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show active employee plans.
Navigate to the Phase column. Select Progress Review from the drop-down menu, click Apply, and sort by selecting the arrows. A filtered list of results will appear. Click the appropriate employee’s name to navigate to the plan.
- The plan will open. Click Progress Review or scroll to Part 2. Progress Review.
Click Progress Review Notes.
Add the note in the Progress Review Notes for [Employee] text box.
- Click Release this note to the Employee if you would like to share the note with the employee. The employee may then view the note.
- Click Save if you would like to save this note and add another.
- Click Save Note and Close if your notes are complete.
Once a note is released to an employee, you may retract the note. Click Retract. You will be asked to confirm your action. You may release this note again later if needed.
To release multiple notes at once, click Release All Progress Review Notes. You will be asked to confirm your action.
