From the Dashboard page, click Sign [Year] Plans as a Rating Official.
The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show employee plans available for the progress review signature. Click the appropriate employee’s name to navigate to the plan.
- The plan will open.
- Click Progress Review or scroll to Part 2. Progress Review.
- Click Sign in Part 2. Progress Review.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes. The employee will receive a notification to sign the progress review.
- Agency policies indicate whether a Reviewing Official signature is required, optional, or not available. Refer to agency policy for future guidance.
- If your agency does not require the Reviewing Official signature, the progress review process is complete once the employee signs the progress review.
- If your agency requires or allows an optional Reviewing Official signature, the Reviewing Official will receive a notification to sign the progress review after the employee signs.
- Agency policies also indicate the number of progress reviews available within the performance management cycle. If your agency policy requires additional progress reviews, complete the same process for each progress review.
- Once all progress reviews are complete, the plan advances to the Rating phase. Employees may continue editing optional or required employee element self-accomplishment narratives and the employee self-accomplishment narrative per policy. Employees may release self-accomplishment narratives to the Rating Official once all signatures are complete in Part 2. Progress Review. Employees may share information with a Rating Official for a progress review discussion by uploading a document to the performance plan.
