From the Dashboard page, click Rate and Sign [Year] Plans. If this task is no longer showing, click View My Employee’s Active Plans.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show Executive plans that require ratings.
Click the appropriate Executive’s name to navigate to the plan.
- The plan will open.
Optional Rating Official Narratives
A rating official narrative for a critical element is a concise, written assessment by the Rating Official that evaluates an Executive’s performance against a specific critical element.
Scroll to the Part 5. Performance Standards and Critical Elements or click Critical Elements.
For each Critical Element, type the narrative in the Rating Official Narrative (Optional) text box. You may edit the text style by using the rich text editor selections. Click Save.
Summary Rating Narrative
A summary rating narrative is a written justification of the Executive’s overall performance and final rating for the appraisal period.
Click Narratives or scroll to Part 6. Summary Rating Narrative (Mandatory).
Type the narrative in the Part 6. Summary Rating Narrative. You may edit the text style by using the rich text editor selections. Click Save.
