The option for rating and review officials to bypass signatures will appear after the rating is signed. If the executive is unable to sign, click Bypass Executive Signature.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Bypass Executive Signature or No, Cancel.
- Your signature will no longer show on the rating. If the Reviewing Official, Higher Level Reviewer or Executive had signed, their signatures will also no longer show on the plan. The plan records the date of the original signature and additional signature actions will be documented in Signature History.
