The option for Rating Officials to remove signatures will appear after the rating is signed. If you signed the rating by mistake or rating changes are needed after signing, click Remove Signature.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes.
- Your signature will no longer show on the rating. If the Reviewing Official, Higher Level Reviewer or Executive had signed, their signatures will also no longer show on the plan. The plan records the date of the original signature and additional signature actions will be documented in Signature History.
- Once an official signature is removed, the Rating/Reviewing Official and Executive will need to resign.
