As the assigned Higher-Level Reviewer, from the Dashboard page, click Sign [Year] SP Plans as Higher-Level Reviewer.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show Senior Professionals plans to review.
Click the appropriate Professional’s name to navigate to the plan.
The plan will open. Click Higher-Level Reviewer Narrative & Rating from the navigation menu under Rating.
- Enter the narrative into the Higher-Level Review Narrative (optional) text box.
Next, select the level for the Higher-Level Review Recommended Rating (Optional). Click Next to proceed to the next page.
