- From an open professional's plan.
- Or from the Dashboard page, click Sign [Year] SP Plans as Higher-Level Reviewer.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show Senior Professionals plans to review.
- Click the appropriate Professional’s name to navigate to the plan.
The Review and Sign page will open. In the Part 3. Rating of Record, click Sign Higher-Level Review in the signature box.
Click Yes, Sign Higher-Level Review to confirm the action.
- Once the higher-level review is completed, the plan will advance to the Performance Review Board (PRB).
