As a PRB Member, you participate in the Performance Review Board process by reviewing ratings and providing notes to the broader PRB group. Your review includes visibility into Pay Pool consensus ratings as reference context.
Important Notes
- You can only provide notes — there are no individual critical element rating recommendations available to SP PRB Members.
- You can change the "Final" CE rating section, which defaults to the Pay Pool Chair's recommendations.
- Important: If you change individual CE ratings, those changes override the "Final" section. This means the PRB Chair will not see the Pay Pool Chair's default ratings. A report would be required for full rating history in this case.
How to Verify Element Ratings Are Visible.

Navigate to your Dashboard and select "Review Plans as PRB Member" task.
- Verify summary ratings by Rating Official, Reviewing Official, Higher Level Reviewer (if applicable), and PRB (Pay Pool Chair) are visible > Select User.
3. Use the PRB Notes workspace to save any comments to the rest of the PRB Board* (optional) and close plan.
