As the PRB Chair, you oversee the Performance Review Board process, manage element-level rating recommendations, and advance the final record to the Approving Official. You have the authority to amend ratings at the critical element level.
Important Notes
- The PRB Chair's ratings default to the Pay Pool consensus ratings as a starting point.
- You have authority to amend the "Final" rating, overwriting Pay Pool Chair scores.
- The summary overview shows ratings from the Rating Official, Reviewing Official, HLR (if applicable), and PRB (Pay Pool Chair).
- PowerBI reports include a complete history of Pay Pool rating suggestions, accessible through Admin users.
How to Access the PRB Chair Workspace and Submit Critical Element Ratings
- Navigate to your Dashboard and select a "Sign Plans as PRB Chair" task.
- Verify summary ratings are visible > Select User to open their plan.
- Review all element-level ratings and PRB member comments.
- Record the PRB recommendation including any element-level adjustments.
