When the Calibration Panel releases a plan, it moves to Calibration Done and your signing task becomes available. The rating phase is locked — you can review the released rating and sign, but you cannot change ratings or narratives.
|
Rating phase is locked after release After the panel releases the plan, ratings and narratives cannot be edited by anyone. Your role is to review the released result, read any panel notes, and sign. There is no undo-release action. Contact the Help Desk if a correction is needed. |
Steps After Release
- Open Acknowledge Final Rating and Sign {Year} Plans as Rating Official on your Dashboard. This task appears when the plan's signature is due after release.
- Review the released rating. Check whether the panel changed the rating from what you originally entered. The released rating is now the official rating. You cannot change it.
- Read the Calibration Notes. Select Calibration Notes beside Part 4 to read what the panel documented during their review.
- Complete the normal signature step. Sign the plan. The standard remaining signatures follow: Reviewing Official (if required by the template), then the employee.
