The Rating Official must document a minimum of four performance discussions with the Senior Professional (SP) during the appraisal cycle. The Rating Official must sign the progress review before the Senior Professional. For each subsequent progress review, it will require a mandatory signature indicated by the progress review number. Rating Officials cannot sign the next progress review until both users sign in the indicated review.
