When the Review and Sign page opens in the Progress Review phase, users will be directed to the Part 2. Quarterly Progress Review panel. This specific panel allows the users to sign the performance plan if available in the signature process in the Progress Review phase. Users can review the various aspect of the performance plan.
The Part 2: Quarterly Progress Review section displays four quarterly progress review panels, labeled Q[Number] Progress Review.
Each panel includes:
- Signature boxes for both the Senior Professional and the Rating Official
- A date stamp indicating when the review was signed
The blue Sign Progress Review button appears next to the applicable user’s signature box. A red Remove Progress Review [Number] Signatures button will appear once a signature is applied in each quarterly panel.
After a quarterly progress review is signed by both the Rating Official and the Senior Professional, the system will advance to the next quarterly review for signatures. Continue following the same steps to complete each mandatory quarterly progress review until all four have been signed.
