The Professional will receive an email notification to review the progress review narrative, if available, and sign each progress review after the Rating Official’s signature. For each subsequent progress review, it will require a mandatory signature indicated by the progress review number.
From the Dashboard page, click Sign My [Year] Progress Review [Number].
- The plan will open.
Navigate to the Progress Review. Review the critical elements before discussing with the Rating Official. Click Critical Element 1 through 5. Click Next to move through the next element.
- The Review & Sign page will open or click Review and Sign.
Scroll to Appendix: Progress Review Narratives at the bottom of the plan. Review the Progress Review Narrative, if available.
- Scroll back to the Senior Professional’s Signature under Part 2. Progress Review.
Click Sign Progress Review [Number].
Click Yes, Sign Progress Review [Number], to confirm action.
- The success message will appear. Signature actions will be documented in Plan History.
- Repeat the above steps to sign the subsequent mandatory progress review until all four progress reviews are signed and completed.
