The rating official is authorized to review the senior professional’s critical elements, including the associated requirements, competencies, objectives, and assigned weights, to ensure alignment with performance expectations and agency standards.
- To open a professional's plans, from the Dashboard page, click View My Employees' Active Plans.
- The Performance Plans page will open filtered to show active Senior Professional’s plans.
- Click the appropriate Senior Professional’s name to navigate to the plan.
- The plan will open. Navigate to the Progress Review menu.
Review each critical element before discussing with the Senior Professional. Click each Critical Element 1 through 5. Click Next to navigate to review the next element.
