For the Rating Official, Reviewing Official, and Senior Professional, the option to remove the signature will appear after the Rating Official signs the progress review for each indicated progress review.
If the Rating Official, Reviewing Official, or Senior Professional needs to remove signature for any reason during that specific review, from an open plan, click Remove Progress Review [number] Signatures.
You will be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Remove Signatures.
- All signatures will be removed on the plan. Signature actions will be documented in Plan History. All parties will need to sign the plan again to move to the rating phase.
