The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.
The Production release date reflects the date the release is deployed, not necessarily when all content will be visible or available for use. Availability may vary based on several factors, including the time required to complete post-deployment testing and the data refresh process.

Power BI Reports
USAP – Performance Ratings App
The USAP – Performance Management app includes detailed information about summary and element ratings for individuals on performance plans. The following updates were made:
- USAP Ratings – Non-SES/SP: This report provides an overview of summary and element ratings for non-SES/SP employees, detailing ratings across different rating levels and organizational hierarchies. It also includes individual records for each plan holder, enabling detailed analysis of their specific ratings. The report's Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
- USAP Ratings – SES: This report provides an overview of summary and critical element ratings for executives, detailing ratings across different rating levels and organizational hierarchies. It also includes individual records for each planholder, enabling detailed analysis of their specific ratings. The report's Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
USAP – SES & SP Progress Reports App
The new USAP – SES & SP Progress Reports app includes detailed information about the status of performance plans assigned to employees that are either members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or are Senior Professionals (SP). The following report is included in the initial release of the USAP – SES & SP Progress Reports app:
- SP Performance Plans Progress Report: Provides tabular data to display details about the progress of Senior Professional (SP) performance plans throughout the rating cycle.
USA Data Resource Center
The USA Data Resource Center provides documentation, training, release notes, and other helpful information about data interconnections, reporting, and analytics capabilities available through USA Performance and USA Staffing.
These notes document and define the available reports available to agency administrators in the USA Performance - Performance Management app and the USA Performance - Performance Ratings app.
