The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.

Power BI Reports
USAP - Admin App
The new USAP - Admin app includes detailed information related to activities performed or managed by agency administrators, template and library content and usage data, USA Performance user information, and organizational structure and permissions data.
The following reports are included in the initial release of the USAP - Admin app:
- Performance Element Library Table: Provides tabular data to display details about elements included in performance plans and their associated standards, such as standards level name and text description.
- Performance Element Usage Report: Provides tabular data to display details about the elements included in performance plans assigned to employees.
- Strategic Goal Library Table: Provides tabular data to display organizational strategic goals and identify the performance plan templates associated with each goal.
- Templates: Element Assignments: Provides tabular data on the elements assigned to performance plan templates to support verification and management of template content.
- Templates: Settings: Provides tabular data on the settings applied to performance plan templates, including rating patterns, rating level names, optional data element selections, and signature requirements.
USAP – Performance Management App
The USAP – Performance Management app includes detailed information about organizational progress through the rating cycle for performance plans.
The following updates were made:
- SP Plan Activity & Progress Report (PAPR): This report offers insights into the progress of Senior Professional (SP) performance plans throughout the performance year and facilitates informed decision-making within USA Performance. It includes detailed information on individual plans and organizational progress for targeted analysis.
USA Data Resource Center
The USA Data Resource Center provides documentation, training, release notes, and other helpful information about data interconnections, reporting, and analytics capabilities available through USA Performance and USA Staffing.
These notes document and define the available reports available to agency administrators in the USA Performance - Performance Management app and the USA Performance - Performance Ratings app.
