The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.
The Production release date reflects the date the release is deployed, not necessarily when all content will be visible or available for use. Availability may vary based on several factors, including the time required to complete post-deployment testing and the data refresh process.

Power BI Reports
USAP – Admin App
The USAP – Admin app includes detailed information related to activities performed or managed by agency administrators, template and library content and usage data, USA Performance user information, and organizational structure and permissions data.
The following reports were released:
- Organizational Structure and Permissions Table: Provides tabular data to display details about organizations as they exist within USA Performance, including organization name, parent organization, and functionality enable within the application (e.g., is the strategic goal library enabled).
- User Accounts Table: Provides tabular data to display details about user accounts in USA Performance, including name, email address, organization, and user role(s) within the organization.
USAP – Performance Management App
The USAP – Performance Management app includes detailed information about organizational progress through the rating cycle for performance plans.
The following updates were made:
- Administrative Profile Report: This report delivers valuable insights into role distribution within USA Performance, highlighting areas for action. It includes detailed information on user status, identifies inactive accounts, and flags blank social security numbers, enabling targeted interventions and improved data management. The report’s Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
- eOPF Submission Status Report: This report tracks the status of Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Professional (SP) and non-SES/SP plans in relation to their transmission to eOPF. It identifies plans that are ready for transmission, those successfully transmitted, and any that encountered errors during the process. The report’s Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
- Performance Review Board Report: This report provides insight into the current performance review board (PRB) groups within USA Performance, detailing the chairs, members, and their assigned workloads. The report’s Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
USA Data Resource Center
The USA Data Resource Center provides documentation, training, release notes, and other helpful information about data interconnections, reporting, and analytics capabilities available through USA Performance and USA Staffing.
These notes document and define the available reports available to agency administrators in the USA Performance - Admin app and the USA Performance - Performance Management app.
