The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.

USAP – Non-SES/SP Progress Reports App
The new USAP – Non-SES/SP Progress Reports app includes detailed information about the status of performance plans assigned to employees that are neither members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) nor Senior Professionals (SP). The app is currently limited to paginated reports, however in the future the interactive reports for Non-SES/SP that are located in the existing USAP – Performance Management app will be migrated to this app.
The following report is included in the initial release of the USAP – Non-SES/SP Progress Reports app:
- Non-SES/SP Performance Plans Progress Report: Also referred to as Non-SES/SP PPPR ("pepper"), this report provides tabular data to display details about the progress of General Schedule (GS) and equivalent performance plans throughout the rating cycle.

The new USAP – Non-SES/SP Ratings app includes detailed information about performance element ratings and summary ratings on performance plans assigned to employees that are neither members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) nor Senior Professionals (SP). The app is currently limited to paginated reports, however in the future the interactive reports for Non-SES/SP that are located in the existing USAP – Performance Ratings app will be migrated to this app.
The following report is included in the initial release of the USAP – Non-SES/SP Ratings app:
- Non-SES Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for General Schedule (GS) and equivalent employees.

The new USAP – SES & SP Ratings app includes detailed information about critical element ratings and summary ratings on performance plans assigned to employees that are either members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Senior Professionals (SP). The app is currently limited to paginated reports, however in the future the interactive reports for SES and SP members that are located in the existing USAP – Performance Ratings app will be migrated to this app.
The following reports are included in the initial release of the USAP – SES & SP Ratings app:
- SES Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for members of the Senior Executive Service (SES).
- SP Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for Senior Professionals (SP).

The USA Data Resource Center provides documentation, training, release notes, and other helpful information about data interconnections, reporting, and analytics capabilities available through USA Performance and USA Staffing.
These notes document and define the available reports available to agency administrators in the USA Performance - Performance Management app and the USA Performance - Performance Ratings app.
