The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.
The Production release date reflects the date the release is deployed, not necessarily when all content will be visible or available for use. Availability may vary based on several factors, including the time required to complete post-deployment testing and the data refresh process.

Power BI Reports
USAP – Performance Management App
The USAP – Performance Management app includes detailed information about organizational progress through the rating cycle for performance plans.
The following updates were made:
- Non-SES Plan Activity & Progress Report (PAPR): This report offers insights into the progress of non-SES/SP performance plans throughout the rating cycle, facilitating informed decision-making within USA Performance. It includes detailed information on plan end date, rating cycle phase, and individual plans for targeted analysis. The report’s Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
- SES Plan Activity & Progress Report (PAPR): This report offers insights into the progress of SES performance plans throughout the rating cycle, facilitating informed decision-making within USA Performance. It includes detailed information on plan end date, rating cycle phase, and individual plans for targeted analysis. The report’s Glossary was updated to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report. Previously, all fields across all available interactive reports were included.
USAP – Performance Ratings App
The USAP – Performance Ratings app includes detailed information about summary and element ratings for individuals on performance plans.
The following updates were made:
- USAP Ratings – SP: This report provides an overview of summary and critical element ratings for Senior Professionals (SP), detailing ratings across different rating levels and organizational hierarchies. It also includes individual records for SP planholders, enabling detailed analysis of their performance ratings. A Glossary page was added to provide field names and definitions for only the fields included in the report.
USA Data Resource Center
The USA Data Resource Center provides documentation, training, release notes, and other helpful information about data interconnections, reporting, and analytics capabilities available through USA Performance and USA Staffing.
Submit Help Ticket
The Submit Help Ticket button in the Help section of the USA Data Resource Center was updated to open a new modal asking users to select whether to submit a ticket to the USA Staffing Help Desk or to the USA Performance Help Desk. This update was made as part of the expansion of the USA Staffing Data Resource Center to the USA Data Resource Center by including information and resources for USA Performance reporting users.
Additionally, footers on all pages of the USA Data Resource Center were updated to include a Submit Help Ticket button. Similar to the button in the Help section, clicking the button will open a modal asking users to select whether to submit a ticket to the USA Staffing Help Desk or to the USA Performance Help Desk. This update makes it even easier for users to request assistance or ask questions via the Help Desk.
