The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.
The Production release date reflects the date the release is deployed, not necessarily when all content will be visible or available for use. Availability may vary based on several factors, including the time required to complete post-deployment testing and the data refresh process.

Power BI Reports
USAP – Non-SES/SP Ratings App
The USAP – Non-SES/SP Ratings app includes detailed information about performance element ratings and summary ratings on performance plans assigned to employees that are neither members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) nor Senior Professionals (SP).
The following updates were made:
- Non-SES Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for General Schedule (GS) and equivalent employees. The report’s prompts were updated to use hierarchical prompts for agency and organization.
USAP – SES & SP Ratings App
The USAP – SES & SP Ratings app includes detailed information about critical element ratings and summary ratings on performance plans assigned to employees that are either members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Senior Professionals (SP).
The following updates were made:
- SES Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for members of the Senior Executive Service (SES). The report’s prompts were updated to use hierarchical prompts for agency and organization.
- SP Ratings Paginated: Provides tabular data to display details about element and summary ratings for Senior Professionals (SP). The report’s prompts were updated to use hierarchical prompts for agency and organization.
