Logging into USA Performance

To access USA Performance, you must be connected to your agency’s approved network—either on-site or remotely through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). The system works best with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. For secure access, signing in with your smart card is strongly recommended; however, you may also log in using a Login.gov account if a smart card is not available.
