The UAT environment is available only to members of the USA Performance Program Office. It is used for internal testing prior to release to customers in the Production environment.
The Production release date reflects the date the release is deployed, not necessarily when all content will be visible or available for use. Availability may vary based on several factors, including the time required to complete post-deployment testing and the data refresh process.

Power BI Reports
USAP – Non-SES/SP Progress Reports App
The USAP – Non-SES/SP Progress Reports app includes detailed information about the status of performance plans assigned to employees that are neither members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) nor Senior Professionals (SP).
The following updates were made:
- Non-SES/SP Performance Plans Progress Report: Also referred to as Non-SES/SP PPPR (“pepper”), this report provides tabular data to display details about the progress of General Schedule (GS) and equivalent performance plans throughout the rating cycle. The report was updated to enable access and use by Rating and Reviewing Officials. Hierarchical prompts for Agency and Organization replace the existing Parent Organization and Organization prompts/parameters. The following data item was added to the report:
- Workflow Status: The current phase or stage in the performance plan (e.g., planning, monitoring, rating).
USAP – SES & SP Progress Reports App
The USAP – SES & SP Progress Reports app includes detailed information about the status of performance plans assigned to employees that are either members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or are Senior Professionals (SP).
The following updates were made:
- SP Performance Plans Progress Report: Provides tabular data to display details about the progress of Senior Professional (SP) performance plans throughout the rating cycle. The report was updated to enable access and use by Rating and Reviewing Officials. Hierarchical prompts for Agency and Organization replace the existing Parent Organization and Organization prompts/parameters.
